Hasan Abid Askari is the Founder, Managing Partner and President. He has over three decades of real estate investment, development, design/build, general contracting, and construction management experience. Hasan has been involved in the development and construction of more than $1 Billion in commercial and residential properties. Property types include residential, multi-family condominiums and apartments, student housing, hospitality, office, retail, and large mixed-use communities projects.

With a career exclusively dedicated to real estate investment, development and construction, Hasan is experienced in all aspects of planning, zoning & entitlement, designing, building, developing, and investing.

Hasan was Senior Vice President of Foulger-Pratt Development, a privately held leading real estate developer and investor in the Washington DC Metro Area. Hasan earned a B.S. in civil engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, an M.S. in civil engineering from The University of Alberta, and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis. He earned an Executive Leadership Certificate from Babson College, Massachusetts. Also, Hasan is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and New York, and Class A General Contractor in Virginia.
