Design & Pre-Construction Phase

The Pre-construction & Design Phase is the most important stage of a project. Decisions made during this phase can significantly affect the budget, schedule, and quality of a project. During this phase we collaborate with the architect, engineer and developer/owner and make an early analysis of the effect materials, equipment systems, techniques and schedules will have on project time and cost.  By meticulously planning the project during pre-construction, HASCON works with developer/owner and designer/architect to eliminate surprises in the field during the construction phase.

Construction Phase

HASCON, as a Contractor, takes full responsibility for all construction contracts, manages the work of its own forces as well as those of subcontractors, and ensures the project is completed on time and on budget. Subcontracts are secured through competitive bidding, or through a qualifications-based selection process.
